San Jose Rose Garden
About This Site
The San Jose Municipal Rose Garden (5.5 acres) is a rose garden located at the intersection of Naglee Avenue and Dana Avenue, San Jose, California, in the Rose Garden neighborhood. It is open to the public daily without charge. The garden was awarded the title of "America's Best Rose Garden" in a national competition sponsored by the All-America Rose Selections (AARS) and features a stunning variety of roses. In addition, it is one of fifteen AARS Test Gardens growing roses competing for the coveted All-America Rose Selections award. An active group of Master Volunteers takes care of day-to-day activities at the Rose Garden, including deadheading, weeding and more. Click on the "Visit Site" link, above, to see all of the available volunteer activities and news about the garden.
